Paid advertising, run by the person who reports on it
Paid advertising works when the targeting is right, the creative earns attention, and the data is actually used to decide something. I have run campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn across B2B and B2C, on budgets of six and seven figures. I set them up, write the copy, manage them week to week, and report on what is really happening rather than on what looks good.

Three ways to work together
Which one fits depends on whether you need a diagnosis, a pair of hands, or an owner.
Ad account audit
A one-time review of your existing accounts. I find the wasted spend, the targeting problems and the quick wins, and deliver a prioritised action list within a week. Right if you suspect your ads could do more but are not sure where to start.
Paid social management
Ongoing management of your Meta and LinkedIn campaigns: strategy, audience targeting, ad copy and weekly optimisation. You get a monthly report that says what changed and what it did. No vanity metrics.
Full-channel paid media
Meta, Google and LinkedIn managed as one strategy rather than three silos. Account setup, creative direction, copy, targeting and budget allocation across channels. For companies that are serious about scaling paid acquisition and want one person owning it end to end.
the honest part
What I will tell you before you spend anything
If your current ads are not converting, I can usually tell you why fairly quickly, and the answer is often not the ads. It is the offer, the landing page, or a mismatch between the audience you are buying and the buyer you actually want. Spending more on top of that makes the problem more expensive, not smaller.
That is also why an audit exists as its own thing. Sometimes the honest outcome is that you should fix something else first, and I would rather say that in week one than bill you for six months of optimising the wrong funnel. Where paid fits into a larger picture is what a Fractional CMO engagement covers, and the rates for both are published.
