An AI consultant who runs his own systems
Most AI advice comes from a slide deck. Mine comes from an 18-agent team that has been doing the marketing and much of the engineering for my three products, every night, with my own money on the line.
the grounding
Advice grounded in running systems
Everything I advise on is something I operate. An AI team of 18 agents runs my business every night from 22:30 to 07:00 Amsterdam time: strategy, SEO, content, design, outreach, advertising, data, branding and publishing, in a fixed order, with review gates and my approval on everything that leaves the building.
That same structure builds the products. PlainConsent went from first line of code to live site through it, security reviews included. Sterka is in production with real users. Ensemblo is the productised version of the whole system. So when we talk about what AI can take over in your company, I am not quoting a vendor deck. I am describing what mine did last night, and what it got wrong.
who it is for
Who this is for
Three situations keep coming back.
You have a marketing team and want to know what to automate
The question is rarely "can AI do this" and usually "should it, and in what order". I help you separate the work a system carries well from the judgement calls that must stay human, because I draw that line in my own company every week.
You bought the tools and got noise instead of output
Licences for five AI tools do not make a system. The difference is structure: fixed handoffs, review gates and one place where a human decides. That structure is exactly the thing I run, and it transfers.
You are deciding whether to build, buy or wait
An honest assessment of what building an autonomous setup actually costs in time, attention and failures, from someone who has been through those failures. Sometimes the right advice is to wait. I can afford to say that.
how it works
What an engagement looks like
It starts with a free 30 minute call. No pitch, no follow-up unless you want one. If there is a fit, the usual shape is: I look at your current setup, your team and your tooling, then we work through what to automate, what to keep human and in which order to build. You get concrete recommendations you can execute without me.
For companies that want more than advice, there are two ongoing forms: a review of what you are building, or senior marketing leadership as a Fractional CMO. Current prices for both are on the pricing page, so the numbers there are always the live ones.
Why dogfood first matters
I only recommend what has survived in my own business. That rule sounds obvious and is rare in practice, because it is expensive: it means running the systems for real before advising on them, and publishing what broke. Two security reviewers failed my first product release. An agent used the wrong job title in external copy for months. I deleted a shipped integration after three weeks.
Those failures are the value. They are the difference between advice that sounds right and advice that has been paid for once already, by me instead of by you. If you want the full record, it is on the blog. If you want to see the system itself, ask in the call and I will show it live.
